Cold-called with car trouble while I was on a road trip in my camper. Felt vunerable and at the mercy of unknown. On advice I contacted Ian at Pottsville Autos So accomodating and helpful. I cant thank you enough for getting me back on the road so quick. Really decent and honest service from Ian and the guys at Potty Autos.
Brought the car in for a service. Told them a headlight was out and they said they’d replace it. I asked if they needed to take note of it and was told no, they go through standard checks. When I picked up the car I asked if the headlight was replaced, and they said it would have been, as it is part of their checklist. It was not. They replaced it on the spot, but clearly they are not going through the standard checks. For over $300 for a service I’m not sure they’ve done anything but take my money.
