I would give this place zero Stars if I could I asked to get pumped up from 13 take homes to 27 and they told me that they're not accepting any applications or reading them or denying them because they don't have enough staff I filed a complaint and also filed a complaint with the state and the answer I get back is that there was too many take-home orders for them to fill such a high volume but that's not what I was told so now they're trying to see face so I have filed with the state and Attorney General's office now they w... read more
IM SITTING HERE IN TEARS WHILE I WROTE THIS! I feel like a failure NOW!! It REALLY pains me to have to write such a negative review. Ive been coming there since May of 2025 and yes we had a rough start but then things turned around. I was so proud of myself that I got an extra take homes for doing 4 groups and got 3 or 4 clean urines I was at a level 4. The entire staff are caring, helpful and 100% supportive. They absolutely never ever make you feel bad about your situation. I recommend them to anyone for support for a full recovery
This is my mother’s account. She died a couple days ago after this place decided to kick her out for “having a bad attitude”. She appealed and explained she was currently not being treated for three major mood disorders. She said she got a psychiatrist like they told her to but they didn’t have openings until December 18th which would have been her first appointment.
