They are a gimmick and I'm sorry for the confusion but it's not a lie to say this company blows! -1 ⭐
Tech was thorough and courteous. Took the time to explain the problem with my washer that I could understand it. Very pleasant
This place is a rip off . Paid $110 for them to come out and diagnose my washer and dryer , they were wrong on both accounts after I ordered the parts and repaired them my self , they still didn’t work . On top of that they tried to charge me $250 for a $7 dollar door switch . DO NOT USE THIS PLACE . GARBAGE !!!
DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES THEY ARE LIARS. DONT SHOW UP FOR JOBS. TAKE YOUR MONEY. DONT FIX THE PROBLEM. STAY FAR FAR AWAY
