Scheduled a couch cleaning within a 2 hour window, tried to call after no one arrived and was told i would get a call back with an update from the woman at reception. Called back an hour later and they had blocked my number. My boyfriend called and she hung up on him and blocked his number as well. Not sure if this business is even real but if so very bizarre way to handle perhaps a forgotten appointment. Avoid unless you want your time to wasted.

I called them yesterday to schedule a cleaning for the following week.. They called me back, said they were in town and able to be at my house in 2 hours.. They came over and did my house at the last minute! And my carpets look better than brand new! Highly recommend these guys..
What a great experience. The tech were the first to get back to my request and every person involved was professional, friendly and provided a warm welcome. Their price is more than fair and you get what you pay for! Amazing WORK.
The folks called when they were coming, arrived on time and got right to work. They didn't push to up deal a while later and they worked effectively. I would utilize this organization once more.
