Do not use Potts,he is a ripoff. Very unprofessional.
Jim Potts is a lying, deceptive, unprofessional plumber. When asked to install an underground plumbing for a new structure, Potts made a huge mistake by setting up the outlet pipe to the wrong side of the structure. He then refused to correct his mistake, which caused additional and unnecessary charges. If the job would have been completed correctly, the building's plumbing outlet pipe would have connected to the septic system.
