We’d been having a prolonged electrical issue in the kitchen which turned out to be really serious. Marion came out and found that our electrical panel had scorch marks and rust throughout it! The next morning, Sean and Steven were here replacing the panel and the meter box. They were incredibly polite and did great work. We’re very grateful for how thorough and quick Potts was! We had Potts Electric do a complete panel replacement along with replacing every outlet and light switch in our home along with a new exhaust fan for the bathroom and a couple of new circuits. They showed up on time and everything went smooth. However, I'm giving them three stars because at EVERY single outlet in the house they left little pieces of metal wire and wire shielding on the floor for my 16 month old toddler to find (He literally brought a piece of copper wire to us.
