Update: Still 5 stars. We had a second AC unit stop working within two weeks, which was frustrating, but Potts Brothers Air Masters Company handled the air conditioning repair quickly and professionally. Leonard came back and did an excellent job, even returning again to make sure the installation was working correctly and the system was cooling the home the way it should. The technicians serviced both of my AC systems and did an excellent job each time. Dale gave me a 30-minute heads-up before arriving, then carefully inspected, cleaned, and tuned the air conditioning equipment. He made helpful adjustments, shared clear recommendations, and showed detailed pictures so I could understand the condition of the system. Our furnace stopped working early on a Saturday morning in Norristown. When I called at 9am, the person on the phone was very professional and explained there would be a service charge, which made sense given it was the weekend and such short notice. We recently had an issue with one of our boilers where the automatic water feeder wasn’t working right with the low water cutoffs. Our heating system is set up with two low water cutoffs, which made the wiring a bit tricky and needed a stronger transformer.
