would give zero stars but… Walked in at 4:20pm today. At the time there were 2 people ahead of me. One was a woman who just got a neck trim (10 min). The other was a 9 year old boy. What should have been a 20 min haircut turned into an hour. He trimmed his forehead at least 8 times. My overwhelming impression was he did not want to cut my hair and would have continued trimming the boys hair until I left. I’m a 66 year old caucasian male and will not be returning. Welcome to Cornelius I guess
Have been getting my hair cut from the boys at Potts for 16 years now. I can honestly say I've never had a bad haircut. It is worth any wait time may have. Chad and Mark are magicians 💯
