Pottery World -Rocklin store is a rip off and has terrible management. I drove over an hour to get to this place for a return of a home decor item I had purchased only 3 days ago. They denied my return and wouldn’t even offer a store credit because they said it was a final sale. I asked the manager, Isn’t this a home decor store? Where you have to be able to try items at home to make sure they are going to work out? He didn’t care about keeping me happy or providing excellent customer service. That place is out of this world! I felt like a kid in a candy store! I drove all the way from Reno by the recommendation of my landscaper. Chris and Dawn were wonderful.
Love the decor and staff! Well worth the visit and a fun place to eat at too!
