Maybe they took these reviews seriously, because I had a great experience in the store. I ordered a loft bed and bedding in early December from PB Teen. I received the bedding right away (except for the holiday sheets - they were pushed back and then canceled.) I was notified that the bed would be delayed for a month, but I ended up receiving it on time. The delivery guys were very professional and they assembled the bed in about 30 minutes. Beware Pottery Barn sends hundreds of emails About beautiful products for sale. I ordered the nows quilt and euros for my daughter. She was happy about it and really looked forward to receiving the quilt. So then we ordered the sheet set, throw pillow and two more percale shams. Those came lickety split! We are still waiting for the initial order of the bow quilt and sham. A month later we are told they are Back ordered now. Sold us something they did not have. Sold us accessories for the main items! Terrible delivery schedule and customer service.
We haven't even owned the furniture for 10 hours and the drawer on the bed already fell off. My daughter went to get her pajamas out pulled the drawer and the whole front just fell off. Turns out it's not wood at all but particle board held together with a couple small screws. Not to mention this bed took 4 tries to get delivered and 4 months of waiting. The delivery company couldn't show up on time and then I had to spend countless hours on hold dealing with customer service. I can't belive that this poor qualtiy product co... read more
