Poorest customer service I've ever experienced. Online shopping recommended. Don't go this place.
I never normally leave reviews let alone a negative one, but I feel I should in this case. I’ve gone into store twice and received the same one rude staff member. The rudeness from her was next level, so much so I won’t be visiting the store again. That being said the younger staff member who joined in the conversation was so nice and friendly. Great Service, both ladies were absolutely lovely, happy to help and chat. The store was bigger then it looks and the items in there were absolutely beautiful. Some items were a bit over priced for me though.
Terrible customer service & disorganised store.
I purchased a Marvel Comics character quilt and it had many defects in the quilt with a quilt costing over $400 You would imagine that it would be checked for quality defaults called the customer service phone line which is over seas and the customer service was horrible horrible. Also for a quilt at that price you would think that it would come with pillow cover which it did not make sure you check all items before leaving the store
