Wish I could give 0 stars. Doesn’t answer the phone, doesn’t email back (email doesn’t even work) no way of contacting them. You do live chat and they can’t help. The 1800 is a call centre. I would say this website is a scam if they didn’t have a physical store.

I wanted to purchase a single quilt cover & pillowcase from this website and was shocked when the shipping came to $36. The quilt covers and pillowcases are sold separately, which is fine, but the delivery pricing felt excessive. When I contacted customer service through their website chat to query it, they told me they use an external company and that the fees I saw were actually less than the real cost.
