WORST experience! I went to purchase a Nuna car seat, but ended buying it at another store because the staff was very unprofessional and unkind. I said Hi first entering the store but she didnt say a thing back with her arms crossed. When I asked to see a sepcific car seat, she didn't even bother to come close, and said 'you can take it out and see'. Pottery Barn Kids’ online store is as close to a SCAM as you can get. See Trust Pilot for real life reviews. Furniture delays are endless - weeks, months, even up to years for some people. Customer service is near impossible to get a hold of. When you do, and manage to get them to grant you a refund, half of the items are not refunded and you have to go through days of trying to get a hold of customer service to again be given the run around. Very nice interior. The staff here were very friendly and eager to help. Happy to have gone here for the chair inserts. I am looking forward to going back again soon?
The gentleman putting things together was better kind. The woman who work here were absolutely awful. Did not greet me. Would not help me. Would not look me in the face. I came to buy bunk beds for my kids and will never be buying them from here because of how snobby these women were. You’re in your 50’s you’d think you would’ve learned how customer service works. I would bet money these are the kind of women who go to stores and flip out on 16 year olds for not getting their food quicker 🙄.
Customer service awful! Went to pottery barn in Natick today. Clerk asked what I was looking for and when I said baby blankets she simply pointed to back. Found baby blankets no prices, ask a different clerk in the area price she had to go to the register 3 different times to check prices. Finally found a blanket I liked curious if it came in blue, different clerk went to stock room to check.
