Very pretentious, bought a large table lamp and salesperson was reluctant to give a bag. Blankets were coarse
Very disappointing experience. I visited with my wife, who is pregnant with twins, and we were shocked by how rude and unhelpful the staff was. We came in ready to make a significant purchase, yet no one seemed interested in assisting us or making us feel welcome. The lack of basic courtesy and customer service was unacceptable. Unfortunately, after this experience, we will not be returning.
WORST experience! I went to purchase a Nuna car seat, but ended buying it at another store because the staff was very unprofessional and unkind. I said Hi first entering the store but she didnt say a thing back with her arms crossed. When I asked to see a sepcific car seat, she didn't even bother to come close, and said 'you can take it out and see'. Then when I asked her how the car seat works again, she had less knowledge on how the car srat works than me, or she did not want to explain it to me (cannot tell which is worse... read more
Pottery Barn Kids’ online store is as close to a SCAM as you can get. See Trust Pilot for real life reviews. Furniture delays are endless - weeks, months, even up to years for some people. Customer service is near impossible to get a hold of. When you do, and manage to get them to grant you a refund, half of the items are not refunded and you have to go through days of trying to get a hold of customer service to again be given the run around. Very nice interior. The staff here were very friendly and eager to help. Happy to have gone here for the chair inserts. I am looking forward to going back again soon?
