These products all made in china and complete plastic garbage. The people in the store could care less about anything
Nasty Attitude. Please learn to have the basic respect for people at least. My daughter was shopping toys, the female staff with black hair blamed my kids for the mess other kids made — she said “you daughter made a mess everywhere”. Then I firmly told her that I put back the backpacks with my daughter together and I should not be response for the mess other kids made.
You shop at stores like Pottery Barn expecting strong service and customer care. Unfortunately, this location has terrible customer service and an unreasonable return policy. We recently purchased sheets (along with other items) that were advertised as glow-in-the-dark. However, they didn’t glow as promised, so we attempted to return them within a week of purchase. Pretty terrible like the other reviews say. Save your aggravation!!! Honestly I don’t have a problem with the products. It’s the delivery part. Every single item I’ve ordered for our son’s nursery has been severely delayed over and over again and the “white glove” delivery has been HORRIBLE. They literally make you wait around all day…no delivery windows unless you call multiple times and ask…they show up way past the delivery window. This company has horrible customer service. After purchasing a customized Christmas stocking they alerted me that my payment did not process for 1 of the 4 stockings I ordered. Never notified me that the payment did process later or that they would be continuing to try to reprocess the payment (I used paypal). After 5 days of getting no further update I ordered another stocking to replace the one they said they payment didn't process on. I ended up getting charge for and receiving 2 stocking.
