I had an awful experience at Pottery Barn Kids at Natick Mall. We went into the store to shop, and while I was looking around, my child became interested in the toy they had on display. He has the same one at home and wanted to play with it while I browsed. After I finished looking around, he was still playing, so I sat on a chair nearby and waited for him. While we didn’t wind up buying anything we had a fantastic experience with Sam. She was helpful, patient, and took time to explain everything to us. As nervous parents to be, she assuaged our concerns and made sure we had enough information to make an educated decision. Cannot recommend Sam enough!
Very pretentious, bought a large table lamp and salesperson was reluctant to give a bag. Blankets were coarse
Very disappointing experience. I visited with my wife, who is pregnant with twins, and we were shocked by how rude and unhelpful the staff was. We came in ready to make a significant purchase, yet no one seemed interested in assisting us or making us feel welcome. The lack of basic courtesy and customer service was unacceptable. Unfortunately, after this experience, we will not be returning.
WORST experience! I went to purchase a Nuna car seat, but ended buying it at another store because the staff was very unprofessional and unkind. I said Hi first entering the store but she didnt say a thing back with her arms crossed. When I asked to see a sepcific car seat, she didn't even bother to come close, and said 'you can take it out and see'. Then when I asked her how the car seat works again, she had less knowledge on how the car srat works than me, or she did not want to explain it to me (cannot tell which is worse... read more
