Everything is cool, in a spare, semi-rustic way, and the chain's customer-service philosophy and on-site decorating advisors ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
I love this place! I love shopping at Meijer's . It is a store that has nearly everything! It's open 24 hours a day, the prices are cheaper than Jewel or Dominicks. I always make out like a bandit in this store and I don't spend much money. I can't ask for a better store, I will continue shopping here!
return ITS MAKEUP!!!!!! My god, you probably wasted more time in gas driving out there than the makeup was worth! Its NOT that big a deal! Its hard enough to make a buck without people like you returning everything!
Customer Service is a Foreign Concept To be fair, the people who work in this store are courteous enough. My problem is with their refusal to handle customer issues in a fair manner. When my wife tried to return unopened makeup, they refused stating that their policy forbids it. But this policy wasn't posted anywhere. They said that any store would adhere to the same policy; I called five in the area and each of them said they would not hesitate to make the return. Like I said, it was unopened. The Other Walmart... Situated in the heart of the Fox Valley Mall shopping district, this store occupies an entire block. I used to do grocery shopping here, because the prices were generally lower than Jewel and Dominicks, however I stopped going altogether because the produce and meats were not as fresh as I am used to, or desire. Big, the store sells all matter of goods, but I find it too large and impersonal. PROS: Lowe prices... CONS: Too large and impersonal
