As other have said, they seem to hate kids. It’s a KIDS store and they are bothered by kids touching/playing with the toys. The manager was so bothered by some kids just touching the rocking toys not even playing with them just touching on the way out. Then she proceeded to sell my 3 yr old to not break a toy as I was literally holding it with my hands and being super gentle. For such an overpriced stored you would expect better costumer service.

The staff has always been helpful without being pushy. I like that the store is calm and not overwhelming. ... read more

I was immediately told that it wasn’t allowed and that I should “know better” despite the misleading sign and other toys in the same area out for kids to try. I should have left immediately and cut my losses but instead I pushed back and said that the sign could be improved... read more
