Every time I'm in this store, the employees are insufferable. The young employees seem fine in my limited experience. However, all the older ones are cranky, patronizing, or unhelpful. It's a kids store, and they seem to hate kids! Today marks at least the third time I've walked out in a state of "nevermind" after asking a question to an older employee and being spoken to poorly. This weekend was my first time shopping at Pottery Barn and it was a great experience :) we ordered a bed/mattress and before leaving the store a kitchen set. Everyone we worked with was wonderful, understanding and friendly. But a BIG & HUGE high-five goes to Denise, who hand delivered the kitchen set that didn't fit in our cars! We bought this just over a month ago. My 3 year old spilled a drink as 3 year olds do and it stained the table forever. Called and they basically told me too bad. Gotta buy another one. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM POTTERY BARN. Their products are not made well.
Poor layout of the store… so packed and small… so crowded… not enough space to actually test the products Impolite and unhelpful staffs… trying strollers and high chairs, and multiple stuffs have no idea how to detach some major parts. This is veryyy veryyyyy frustrating! I ended up just sit there and watch YouTube to learn how to fold unfold the products and detach some parts.
