Danielle is so helpful- I have been calling All over to different stores looking for a very specific item that was not going to ship in time. Thankfully, they had one in stock. Danielle took the time to ensure to get it packaged and shipped in order to arrive on time for the baby shower we needed it for. Danielle, you are magic and your customer service is next level thank you so much!!
Worst shopping experience I’ve had. The store ordered the wrong size trundle mattress, so I refused it at delivery. Customer service told me to reorder through the store and have the shipping fee waived. The store placed the replacement order and repeatedly promised they’d request the shipping refund—but after weeks of follow-ups, customer service said there was no record of any waiver request. Super unhelpful when trying to return items from registry. Absurd policy. Will not purchase from here again.
The level of incompetence under the current management is beyond belief. Not only is the current (last year or so)manager/supervisor (blondish woman with accrnt who acts as if she's above everyone) hopeless, but she will happily lie to you about calling you to pick up your order (although 0 voicemails..) and only after you show up at the store to ask about the 45-day-delay in having your paid item ready for pick up. Complaint about Pottery Barn Kids Store at Stanford shopping center @potterybarn: We want to setup a new room. I scheduled a design service at 10:30am this Saturday, which turned out to be a no show! Their system even sent me two reminders about the appointment. Designer Janine, GM Danielle Flores, who I spoke later and sounded dismissive. Maybe their business is good at standford shopping mall. Their crew are proud and not caring for the customer experiences.
