Es una tienda espectacular con un servicio terrible!!! Estoy extremadamente molesta con Pottery Barn Kids. Compre un articulo y se demoraron 2 meses en entregarlo y aun lo lo sigo esperando!!! Cuando llamo a los telefonos de servicio al cliente, SIEMPRE posponen la fecha de entrega de mi pedido. Desafortonadamente, no es la primera vez que esto sucede. Hace unos meses compre una lampara y tuve que esperar 3 meses y nunca llego!!! No se que esta pasando, pero esto es algo muy serio que deben tomar en cuenta.
