Tried to come here after work for some last minute shopping before a baby shower. I would have arrived at 615. However, I noticed that they close at 6pm on Tuesdays. This is pretty ridiculous. There's a whole world of people who work in person until 5/6pm that you're alienating by closing at 6pm. Luckily for me, Crate and Barrel was open until 8pm.
This is for the company, not specifically the store. I do frequent this store, as it is my local store. But this issue is far larger than this store. I am writing to express my concern regarding the handling of a defective Nuna car seat that I purchased from your Company. Despite my attempts to seek assistance, I have not received a response from Pottery Barn regarding this matter. Pottery Barn Kids at Park Meadows Mall is a fantastic store for all things baby and kids. They have a beautiful selection of furniture, décor, and everything you need to outfit a nursery. I especially want to commend Gayle for her exceptional help during our visit. We were looking at nursery recliners, and she was incredibly knowledgeable and insightful.
