I was at checkout in Pottery Barn and the lady this afternoon told me to pay at West Elm in malicious way. When I went over to West Elm, the staff took me to Pottery Barn checkout. There seemed to be politics at play. Staffs between two stores were in a conflict today between Pottery Barn and West Elm. Regardless, they had no professionalism as should not have affected the customer service. Bad impression on business.
Delivery service is not good...!!!
We purchased a side table from Pottery Barn, and the stone on top of the table started cracking after just a few months, without any reason. We emailed them, and they agreed to exchange it for us. However, it took almost 4-5 months to receive the new one. Unfortunately, the replacement was faulty from the beginning. We had to go through the same process again, packing everything up and sending it back. They said they would replace it with a new side table again, but it took another six months to receive it.
