Do not order from Pottery Barn. In fact, I would strongly recommend avoiding Pottery Barn and the entire Williams-Sonoma family of brands altogether. Pretty poor experience with a Chesterfield sofa, damaged replacement taking 4 months, seemed like they could care less. 1st time buying anything from PTB and probably the last time trying to buy something from them or William Sonoma.
Delivered a broken item. When I clearly stated that they had violated at least two types of warranties, the manager said she “did not care about the legal issues because she was not a lawyer”. Not a level of PB. Poor customer service and rude representatives.
Very poor experience with the design service. Andrea drove out to our home to design a shared nursery and master bedroom. Our consult to go over the design plan was cancelled last minute because of staff issues at the store, which we understood. However, I had to chase her down for almost a week to receive the design/product recommendations that she’d promised. When I finally got them, only 1 of 2 rooms was provided. No apology, no explanation, or effort made to finish the design service.
