Brisbane Pottery Barn did not disappoint. Lovely store and well stocked. Friendly, helpful staff but not intrusive. Lots of sale items available. Always beautiful home wares.
Terrible customer service. If you enjoy being completely ignored by the cashiers while they stand behind the counter talking then this is your place
Much like the many other reviews - don't purchase anything you can't carry out of the store yourself. Ordered a nursing chair due this month, but was told (not by them mind you) that it's now pushed back to July. Additionally, the items that were delivered, were done by a third party delivery company who caused property damage before my eyes and blatantly denied it. I'm still trying to resolve this but several months later, have yet to even receive an acknowledgement from them. Stick to companies which are Australian-based.
Oh my word!! This is hands down the most beautiful place in Brisbane. I love everything. The service has always been spot on. Just gorgeous all round. Do yourself a favour and go!!
