Unfortunately you can’t give zero stars. We preordered a king single kids bunk bed 3 months before we wanted it delivered to the Sunshine Coast. The team suggested purchasing the premium delivery and installing package which we paid for. Unfortunately the bunk bed was not delivered and was delayed by 4 weeks and we were told to pay for an extra delivery. Good selection but very bad delivery service, always confusing and not on time, needs some attention. Better to buy what you can collect from the store directly, avoid their delivery service.

Although a beautiful store the customer service is atrocious. I put aside 2 items for gifts for Christmas. I attempted to pay for the items over the phone to secure them. I was informed I didn't need to. During the interim, they sold one of my items to another customer without calling and checking with me first. We attempted to get a display item as per the other product (which they removed off the wall for me at the time), but was then informed that they don't sell display items.
