Purchased a bed frame and bedside tables, but the bed arrived with missing screws and could not be fully assembled. Delivered on 18 March and reported immediately, but no response until 23 March. I had to return to the store back forward just to get an update—no follow-up call or email was ever provided. No wonder they have the review like they do - worst place to purchase and the delivery company they use ANC Deliveries are even worse stay away - long delivery damaged good and delivery scheduled between 2.30pm - 5.30pm was cancelled at 4.05pm - these companies are a joke - I don't think either company are worth the 1 star that I gave them !!!!!!
Unfortunately you can’t give zero stars. We preordered a king single kids bunk bed 3 months before we wanted it delivered to the Sunshine Coast. The team suggested purchasing the premium delivery and installing package which we paid for. Unfortunately the bunk bed was not delivered and was delayed by 4 weeks and we were told to pay for an extra delivery. Good selection but very bad delivery service, always confusing and not on time, needs some attention. Better to buy what you can collect from the store directly, avoid their delivery service.
