Had a poor experience checking out an order that indicated there was one left in stock on checkout though after my payment was processed it then said it was out of stock and the order never got put through, despite my payment being taken. The person on the phone was unable to help, telling me to ask the third party payment platform to refund me which is annoying as they obviously told me to contact the merchant to arrange the refund. I wish staff would not judge customers' choices and just help find products and sizes. Went there again on Sunday and the young girls selling were friendly and customer focused, thank you, Sunday staff!
I visited Pottery Barn Fortitude Valley and can say that Ben and the entire team were absolutely incredible with assisting to finish styling a home for sale at the last minute before an open home. After being left in a pickle with a house not did not feel like a home previously, they gave us everything we needed to make it feel welcoming and inviting in one afternoon. Highly recommend visiting!
Purchased a bed frame and bedside tables, but the bed arrived with missing screws and could not be fully assembled. Delivered on 18 March and reported immediately, but no response until 23 March. I had to return to the store back forward just to get an update—no follow-up call or email was ever provided.
