I had such a great experience working with Susan! She suggested beautiful pieces for our living room and dining room that blended perfectly with what we already had. She even went above and beyond by recommending someone to help with hanging the curtains. I’m so happy with how everything turned out thanks to Susan’s eye for design.
Some good stuff.. but the saleswomen (no men seen in store) are some of the most preposterous creatures I’ve encountered thus far on my adventures in Nashville (born & raised here). When requesting gift wrap for a small picture frame I bought, they clearly informed me it would be $8.50 (insane, but fine- I’m on my way to the shower now). THEN after i pay and am ready to go, I’m informed that it will 20 minutes to GIFT WRAP this small box. The saleswoman delivers the box to the back room and tells me to stand and wait. For. Not a fan of their staff. I’ve gone twice now within two weeks, looking at their bedding accessories and such. And each time I’ve been met with two different employees but always the same story. They are never welcoming and are never helpful. Personally I look young, I am young. However I work in retail full time and I am fully aware that the environment in which you create for your customers is priority. The employees definitely cater to whomever they pick and choose. Change that.
