I purchased wine glasses at this location and the staff was super nice! I had a picture of the glass I was looking for and the woman working really helped me try to find the exact match. Great customer service here!

Highly disappointed with Pottery Barn The customer service is awful. The workers are rude and come off as miserable. I asked the woman with the short blonde hair if I could have some help with something I wanted to purchase. When I asked, "Excuse me, could you help me?" she responded with, "What do you need" in the most annoyed tone of voice. It was almost as if I offended her by asking for her assistance. We shop here and every time we notice the employees are snooty. I'm not going to spend my money where employees act rude and arrogant. Especially when they are caught lying. We went there today to specifically shop for bedding, throws, and pillows. While shopping, I had to use the bathroom. I am disabled as a side note and noticed "Out of Order" signs posted on both bathroom doors. What's the odds of both bathrooms being broken? Another fun housewares store. I get the catalogue but it's nice to see things in person before you order. They have great sales on-line, especially after holidays.
Ordered over $10,000 worth of furniture about 3 months ago. Every piece has been delivered late, broken, or "accidentally cancelled" by a system error. At this point they tell me I will have to reorder the items I have paid for and start all over. Meanwhile I am being charged interest on a credit card and I will not have the furniture that was promised to me in 8-10 weeks for at least twice that long if I were inclined to ever do business with them again.
