Love PB and PB kids products, have been shopping with them for many years. Recently found out our local kids store is closing, such a bummer, the staff there is great and there are very few brick and mortar stores for children in the area. Have been waiting 2 months for expensive bedroom furniture. What a waste of time and money. Customer service has no clue what they are doing. They will just give you the run around. They Say they will call back and never do. I would advise against pottery barn. Not sure how they are in business. I fell for it because of “the quality”

absolutely terrible experience, me and my friends went in the store to look around and chill, we sat down on one of the chairs for literally 5 seconds and this middles aged white lady comes strutting towards us (her name is nj norma jean) she has glasses and short brunette hair. but besides the point we sat down for 5 seconds and she came to us and was extremely rude and told us to get out. we weren’t disrupting anyones shopping just simply minding our own business. it was my 3 friends, the three of us are african american. ... read more
