The light skinned woman who was working this past Thursday was very rude, didn’t even greet us, and when we were looking around she came to me telling me where the clearance section was towards the back! I visited the Pottery Barn in Cherry Hill this week. Mrs. Ae and Monet greeted me as soon as I entered the store. They were very friendly and offered me help. The store was very clean, beautifully decorated and inviting. I purchased the Mason cake stand and checked out all the new decorations. I had a very nice experience in the store and highly recommend this location. Eva :-)

Love PB and PB kids products, have been shopping with them for many years. Recently found out our local kids store is closing, such a bummer, the staff there is great and there are very few brick and mortar stores for children in the area. Unfortunately, a manager by the name of Iri, at the Cherry Hill Pottery Barn store today was less than great. She was condescending, accusatory and unhelpful when attempting to do a simple exchange. Have been waiting 2 months for expensive bedroom furniture. What a waste of time and money. Customer service has no clue what they are doing. They will just give you the run around. They Say they will call back and never do. I would advise against pottery barn. Not sure how they are in business. I fell for it because of “the quality”
