Terrible experience of them delivering damaged goods, requiring several calls of escalation to try and resolve the damaged furniture issue (only to then have them send replacement pieces to the wrong address - when they confirmed multiple times it would go to the correct address), never providing updates on the status of everything ordered, and “concierge service” never responding to inquiries for updates.
Great stuff! But you can’t take it with you. It’s a showroom, not a store.
