In the store I had to wait a bit to be helped that was ok. Bought my comforter had to order it. Got conformation by email. No one said the item was back ordered. I had to go back to the original order it still had the original delivery date but when I clicked on tracking it said back ordered. I never was contacted about this and I find it annoying.
The staff was very helpful and everything was clean.
Beautiful household items.
