I ordered three blankets to be personalized in three different colors as Christmas gifts. When I received them they were all the wrong colors. Also two of the personalizations were not even visible on the fabric. When I called customer service I was told there was nothing they can do. They would only reprint on the original colors I picked but can’t change font even though they are not visible. I am furious, this is terrible customer service and a mis-representation of what an item you order will look like.
I had to call customer service 3 times about a bowl that I received broken, had to return said broken bowl (complete waste of my time) and I still have yet to receive replacement and it’s been almost a month. Second phone call was told it would be in on the 23rd. Third phone call I was told the return was never confirmed so a new one wasn’t even coming. Even though the return was delivered 2 weeks priors!! Worst service ever!
