This is for William Sonoma/Pottery Barn HQ that tries to hide so their bad reviews don't appear on Google. Well, you suck for charging $10 delivery fee and your UPS carrier claims "delivery attempted" twice today 3/15/25, the ides of March and we're unable to. Total bs because I haven't even opened my door all day. No one called the number on the packag or rang the bell. Keep your rubbish. Never ordering from any of your companies again
As a trade partner, I had the good fortune to work with Verlette Grafton today on a very complicated sectional that needed multiple pricings. She was incredibly patient, professional and focused on me and my needs. With staff like this, corporate should be very confident that Pottery Barn is putting its best foot forward.
I went in today 2/5/25 to return an online purchase. It was a wedding gift and I explained to the woman that I simply went with a different color of towel. Super rude, she told me I could only get E merch credit (store credit). I do not shop here regularly and I did not want $150 dollars’ worth of store credit. I’ve been to this location 6 times in the past week or so. I’ve been ignored four out of the six times. One time Phyllis was absolutely lovely and answered all of my questions and was a lot of help. But I’ve literally been standing at the register with items in my hands waiting to pay and the employees not only ignored me, they saw I had items and walked away from the register, no one to back them up, no other employees in sight to help me. I came to buy a duvet. I asked questions on the different colors and fabrics. No help was provided, and with a bad attitude and totally uninterested I was pointed into the direction of the store where bedding is. The response was - you can read materials on the tags and what you see is what there is. Really disappointed. Will not be buying anything of course. Terrible service and attention.
