The employees are rude. Entitled. I think they forgot who the customer is. They aren’t helpful at all and when I was there today I asked about a sale item and she actually talked down to me. So rude. I don’t need a sale item. I can afford to buy anything I want in that store. I just happened to like something that was on clearance. I’ll go shop at crate and barrel where they are nicer to the customers! I won’t be back.
After waiting almost 2 years for 2 chairs that were never confirmed or received due to “miscommunication”, I went to pick up the chairs. After arriving at the store about 15 minutes late for the pick up, I received a lecture about punctuality and was told I would need to wait for another available pick up time. After the most aggressive verbal dress down and condescension I can remember receiving, I ended up just carrying the chairs from the store to the parking lot.
