I wouldn’t recommend shopping at this particular Pottery Barn location. I had gone into the store with my newborn and he was in his stroller - which didn’t fit ANYWHERE in the store. A store associate at the front desk watched me struggle trying to get into the store twice but there were all of these ottomans and I didn’t want to kick or move them myself because I had to maneuver the stroller. Rude staff
Not only completely inept at shipping the right products but as bizarre an experience I have ever had in a store. I was trying to pay for my wife's order and I was told I had to identify myself by the saleswoman. Identify myself? I am the only customer in the store at 10 AM and I need to ID myself to make a purchase? I had originally asked for the manager when I arrived because she supposedly knew the order but she was downstairs and did not want to make the arduous trip up the stairs to the main level. I recently purchased two Juniper Rectangular Wall Mirror in Brass from Pottery Barn online .The mirrors look different from the photos online when you see them in person ( Misrepresented ) which falls under U.S consumer protection laws .I am 5 days after the return policy and was yelled at and hung up by customer service after trying to make a return and get the original form of payment back .
