This place has problem some reason. Staffs are not friendly except one person. They think they are there just to get paid. All begin from the bad manager i think.
Terrible experience! Avid shopper at Pottery Barn even had my wedding registry with them and while I was visiting my parents, I came to the Sugarland location to exchange a gift I had received, and instead of helping me, the sales associate told me she would be right back and disappeared. Until I asked someone else for help I had just been waiting and only then did they tell me that they would need an email and a phone number would not work to look up the items. It was my first time coming to pottery barn and the experience I had was unsatisfactory. When I walked into the store, I was not greeted like the other customers. No one came to assist me with looking for anything. I didn’t feel like a valued customer during my time at the store.
