Pottery Barn REALLY NEEDS to have samples in their stores for ALL the products they sell! It’s lazy and sloppy not to!
My visit at this Pottery Barn was cut short after I was deliberately made to feel unwelcome. The sales associate made sure to warmly greet everyone except me. I know he saw me, I saw him look at me and yet he spoke to every customer surrounding me. I immediately left. I will never visit this location again and honestly I'm unmotivated to visit any other location either. With stores like HomeGoods that has comparable decor items at a more affordable price and with a diverse staff, there is no need to tolerate being slighted.
