AVOID PB if at all possible - extremely long shipping times, no returns on custom orders (even when they deliver a faulty product), awful customer service. This place is SKETCHY!! No stars! I paid about $3900 and they sent me a dirty, torn, stained used sofa and here I am writing this one month later and still no refund. Had to initiate dispute with my CC. Manager Zach, sales associate Cinthia are CROOKS!
