Walked into Pottery Barn "just to look" and of course ended up wanting everything. The store is set up so nicely that it actually feels like walking through a well designed home. Everything looks high quality and thoughtful put together, which makes it easy to get inspired. It's one of those places that makes you want to upgrade your entire space. I'll definitely be back.
Expensive, but beautiful and high quality. You get what you pay for.
Great selection and service
We purchased a 9 drawer Cayman dresser for my daughter’s room from pottery barn and in less than a year several of the drawer slides are not working. You have to yank on the drawers to open them. Even though it’s been less than a year they told me they wouldn’t be willing to send a furniture technician out to look at the issue because it’s been in my home. Very disappointed as this furniture is expensive. Shop somewhere else. They’re not interested in keeping customers.
Selection was mid. Super friendly though
