They didn’t want to sell a pillow cover to me because there wasn’t any in the “back” despite there was one left in the floor? I understand if they don’t want to sell a couch that is on the floor, but a pillow?
Never again will I purchase from this store nor PB. It has been my worst experience with a so called better branded furniture but I will go back to Basset next time. It takes weeks to get your items, and the set up of everything about my items had many mistakes on the purchases with set up and delivery. You spend hours and hours on hold and being bumped around. I have placed two calls to this location and I have been waiting for the manager to call me back for two weeks (tick tock). Go elsewhere - trust me.
Good selection, friendly, helpful Staff.
This was probably the worst experience I have ever had in a retail store. We went to Pottery Barn when they opened and were the only customers in the store for the first few minutes, yet we still had to practically beg for help. They were more interested in talking to each other than helping us. It wasn’t just one employee either.
