Walked in today interested in purchasing some dining furniture and was completely ignored the entire time I was in the store! They just lost me as a customer. So incredibly rude and unprofessional.

I took the time out of my day to walk into their store just to make a appt for the design service they offer. So on my appt day , she calls 10 minutes late in the 110 degree weather to ask if we still need the service. And if we need her, she was 40 minutes away to wait for her! Wtf you don't have a phone in your store to call and let me know so I don't come out? So unprofessional for Pottery Barn.
This store is Amazing! Staff is exceptional, loved the store experience.
