Moody unhappy employees. They don’t even say hello. I feel bad they seem they hate their job.I went today purchase furniture and bedding for my brand new home. I signed up for in home design online and lady who has British accent called me and said no appointments available until the January. How come online showing open availability? Anyway they lost the business I will be buying all house furniture from online and from South Coast Plaza. Only one employee was helpful and friendly. Andrea is the best! I am always happy when I walk in and see her because she gives the best design suggestions, and she is so friendly and helpful. Will continue to go there because of the great service.
Sadly this went from a 5 star review to a 1. I ordered a lot of furniture from Pottery Barn and it's been a disaster. Many items have arrived damaged, they charge a lot for delivery, they're having quality control issues, they don't communicate with you, getting a response is next to impossible, and I'm still waiting for some furniture after 5 months. Ask them when items will be delivered. They take MONTHS. I won't offer from them again. They used to be such a great store but they have the worst customer service.
