We had a very prolonged bad experience. Customer service only caused more problems. We tried to resolve the issues both over the phone with Customer service and even went to their local store in person and they couldn’t figure it out either. Very disappointed!!
2 weeks ago I bought something and now it is significantly on sale. I tried to get the sale price but they said sorry, no. I won’t be shopping here anymore since learning of their bad business practices. Feeling ripped off right now! Ugh!!
Samantha is incredible. My husband and I went in yesterday looking for curtains for our new home and Samantha went above and beyond. Walked us through all the different options AND gave us recommendations beyond curtains that we didn’t even know we needed. So helpful, so nice, and just made everything feel manageable!
