Samantha is incredible. My husband and I went in yesterday looking for curtains for our new home and Samantha went above and beyond. Walked us through all the different options AND gave us recommendations beyond curtains that we didn’t even know we needed. So helpful, so nice, and just made everything feel manageable!
Love coming here for all my home purchases. Pottery barn offers timeless and classic decor. While expensive, I think some items are worth splurging for.
Moody unhappy employees. They don’t even say hello. I feel bad they seem they hate their job.I went today purchase furniture and bedding for my brand new home. I signed up for in home design online and lady who has British accent called me and said no appointments available until the January. How come online showing open availability? Anyway they lost the business I will be buying all house furniture from online and from South Coast Plaza. Only one employee was helpful and friendly.
