Customer service is lacking of care to patrons. Not very impressive.
Don't be swayed by the fancy address and decor of the store. This is a fancy catalog store. Items are back-ordered and their customer service is really appalling. I placed an order for a desk 15 days ago and I am still left with 2/3 of the items. Calls to customer service take an average of 40 minutes for a person to pick up. For all this premium it is not worth it.
The nicest best quality! Great ideas and comfortable shopping. Good location and fast delivery
