pricey but great great selection great ideas. Honestly they have everything you want for your house that you have ever dreamed of, the only problem is when it comes to affording it all.
Wish I could have it all. This store was so much fun, I'm really into decorating my home and this store ws great, they had a high selection of such cool stuff, they are however a little on the pricy side, but with that you do get quality product.
Great store location if you like Pottery Barn This is a big Pottery Barn store. If you are a fan of their products, this is a great location. They have lamps, rugs, and other large items on location, as well as their smaller stock items too. It's a fairly large store, and they do run sales along with other Pottery Barn stores too (I think their corporate headquarters determines the sales though!) skip this company if you want quality and service placed an order online from pottery barn as a gift. they ended up sending something completely wrong - from williams sonoma. oh, and the person i sent the gift to could not get what i ordered and paid for (yes, my credit card was charged even though they had not shipped the right merchandise) until the pottery barn received back the wrong merchandise that they had mis-shipped. insensitive and foolish.. save your money and go elsewhere.
You Know You've Made it When... Well actually, you'll really have made it when you can order your furniture from Italy, but Pottery Barn is a nice stop on the way. Their excellent quality and stylish and modern selection are just the thing for the family just starting out who need quality pieces and a little flare for their new home. We love this Pottery Barn location for its huge selection and attentive customer service. Easy and ample parking.
Boring selection Everything in this store is so basic and plain. There is not much personality to any of it. They are very pricey and they don't have anything spectacular in my opinion. IT's run of the mill product for overpriced prices. You see these things come and go.....lots of mediocrity in the selection here. Would not recommend this store.
Great Stuff They have some really great stuff at the pottery barn, BUT the prices aren't for the average household. I don't go there EVER because I can't afford anything.
pottery barn They have the cutest kids bedding, complete set to decorate the whole room. THe prices a high, the items are quality though. THe store is cramped and usually crowded making to somewhat difficult to get help. The staff is friendly once youare able to get someones attention. I have gone twice looking for a particular item and it was sold out so I had to order on line.
FRIENDLY STAFF/LARGE SELECTION THIS STORE OFFERED A GREAT SELECTION OF MERCHANDISE AND IT SEEMS TO HOLD UP WELL, HOWEVER THE STORES ARE OVERCROWDED AND ARE HARD TO GET AROUND IN. SEEMS ABIT CLUTTERED AND ALWAYS HAVE TO ASK FOR HELP BECAUSE THINGS ARE SO CLOSE TOGETHER. OTHER THAN THAT THE STAFF IS VERY HELPFUL AND WE HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH ANYTHING BEING OUT OF STOCK.
