I had a horrible experience at this location. The customer service that occurred was awful! I have never felt so discriminated against in my life. It’s unfortunate, because I love Pottery Barn. This location is horrible.

I love Pottery Barn, but my experience at the Forum location was the worst I’ve had with this company. My family was on our way to the Atlanta airport when I quickly stopped in to buy candles. After waiting several minutes, I asked an older lady associate for a quick purchase. She was dismissive and only reluctantly came to the register after other customers encouraged her to assist me. Shoutout to Meredith for her outstanding customer service! She really went above and beyond to help my fiancé and I purchase the right bedding for our new home, helping me choose based on style, not just trying to sell me a product. She was quick, kind, made us laugh, and made us feel cared for. It was so refreshing to have such a great customer experience!

I went to purchase a rug that was clearly marked with a Floor Model Sale tag. The sales associate explained they couldn’t sell it until the replacement arrived, but they couldn’t provide an estimated arrival date or timeline. It was disappointing to see an item advertised for sale that wasn’t actually available to purchase. If this is the store’s policy, it would be helpful to make that clear on the floor model tags to avoid wasting customers’ time. I’ve purchased floor models in the past and never had this issue.
