Now I see why stores are closing everywhere. Customer service has gotten ridiculous! Purchased sheets online and the quality was poor. It irritated our skin. Called online customer service and was told I can return to the store. Got to the Peachtree Corners store and they’re asking for the original packaging. Of course I didn’t have that due to using the sheets. They then asked if I washed the sheets. Of course, I washed the sheets. The instructions say to wash before using. The staff at this store are so nice and so helpful. I have enjoyed my interactions with them and just how accommodating they are!
Marya was absolutely amazing. She helped me with my two lanterns that I had gotten on sale that were 75% off! Marya had great customer service and even assisted me in getting my bags to the car in one trip. She absolutely was a shining star and she is definitely somebody who deserves a high praise for her kindness and great customer service.
My wife loves Pottery Barn, but she went in today and stood in line for 15 minutes waiting to be helped. The associate ignored her while chatting up another customer. My wife finally set down her items and walked out. No one noticed, no one cared. Shame on that associate.
