Acute Racism from the new folks here. They opened a new counter with two existing ones already with no one to tend any of them. The store service staff have gotten much much worse. They are chasing certain customers of an ethnicity hoping to make a sell (who didn't even purchase anything) Instead, we had to wait 15 minutes for a pick up for things we had already paid for. Avoid this place, folks.
Went to this pottery barn location with my wife for the first time (we have shopped at other locations previously).. I was surprised at the treatment we got in there, the rep kept following me and my wife around like we were about to steal something.. at first we thought maybe we were just overthinking but the rep literally would pretend to be doing something wherever we went and just stare us down.. this was ridiculous!! We will make sure to never give pottery barn our business ever again
Walked into their store and was completely ignored. Was not greeted and no one said a word after walking around the entire store needing assistance. Will never return to this location again.
Told me there was a mattress available to try out when I called and so I drove 40 minutes out of my way only to be told it was in the back actually and I couldn’t try it. Obviously completely wasted my time and gas.
