Excellent customer service. Store was attractive and well merchandised.
I’ve been shopping at Pottery Barn since 2001 , I recently purchased a few items online that were not available in the store: I recently visited this location to see what was available in store .Horrible customer service ! The employees made eye contact and turned away.. very disappointed! I will not be returning to this location.
