Horrible customer service when there is something wrong.
I have been having an issue with PB Corporate for over a year with NO resolution. I walked into this store and mentioned it to Charmion Baez, a design specialist, and within 10 minutes my problem was solved. Charmion and manager, Michael gained no sale from me, they were just being helpful and amazing. I am beyond happy with this store. I will absolutely use this location for my design needs and future purchases. Thank you!
We ordered a couch from PB in June of 2024 that has been delayed 3 times now. They are now saying delivery is expected in February of 2025....but we can rest easy because its "on a boat" (but no tracking info is available) My advice is to deal with an American company that actually makes their furniture here, not china. They also approved then disapproved my refund. This was a PB online order after visiting this store. It may not be this stores fault but beware of PB
