I don’t usually go to Pottery Barn but I decided to yesterday. I was just browsing and a woman, I think her name was Anne or Annie. She was a blonde, early 50’s, pretty face and bubbly personality. Her attentiveness and appreciation to detail really made my browsing experience something I will persue. Those lanterns y’all have are enticing. I will be back when I put everything together for my soon to be updated sunroom. I will for sure be consulting with Anne (Annie) on my development of my dream sunroom.
Rude customer service. I called from another state looking for a discontinued item. They happened to be the only store in the US that has it in stock. They have the light fixture, was a floor model and missing pieces. I said im still interested and how much with missing pieces and being a floor model. She said same price no discount. I've been a PB customer for over 25 years and know that's not the case. She was quit rude. I guess ill wait to find one on Ebay.

Love the Rogers Pottery Barn. The ladies are always so helpful, going above and beyond. They've assisted in finding perfect accessories for my personal space, placing orders and even replacement parts. I appreciate them so much.
I was planning to spend a lot of money at the Pottery Barn in the Pinnacle Mall tonight, but that changed after my experience there. I was standing and waiting for help when an employee walked right past me and went to assist someone else instead. I stood there feeling completely ignored.
