I was planning to spend a lot of money at the Pottery Barn in the Pinnacle Mall tonight, but that changed after my experience there. I bought curtains a few years ago and didn’t need to wash them until now. When I washed them exactly according to the instructions on the label, they shrunk about 5 inches. PB says they won’t replace them because it’s been too long since I’ve purchased. I expect better with all the money I’ve spent with them, but I guess their customer service policies are no better than a discount store.
Yesterday, I had an incredibly frustrating experience at the Pottery Barn at the Pinnacle Mall location.
