Love the Rogers Pottery Barn. The ladies are always so helpful, going above and beyond. They've assisted in finding perfect accessories for my personal space, placing orders and even replacement parts. I appreciate them so much.
I was planning to spend a lot of money at the Pottery Barn in the Pinnacle Mall tonight, but that changed after my experience there. I was standing and waiting for help when an employee walked right past me and went to assist someone else instead. I stood there feeling completely ignored. I bought curtains a few years ago and didn’t need to wash them until now. When I washed them exactly according to the instructions on the label, they shrunk about 5 inches. PB says they won’t replace them because it’s been too long since I’ve purchased. I expect better with all the money I’ve spent with them, but I guess their customer service policies are no better than a discount store.
