Ordered a Big Sur. Waiting for them to come and pick it up, if they ever even respond. Everything has been a disaster and as long-time Pottery Barn customers, we will never purchase anything from there again.
My wife and I purchased outdoor furniture in April through Pottery Barn as we have been loyal customers in the past. The overall experience has been THE WORST customer service experience I’ve been involved with. Ordered Nuna car seats online for my twins.. first and foremost they cancelled one of the seats due to “billing”.. odd because they both are on the same card info ect so I thought hmm maybe I typed it wrong. Went in and purchased another one and it’s yet even shipped. Very frustrating to have arrive and the other not even shipped.
