I’ve called the city ordinance office several times about putting their garbage out on the curb instead of keeping their garbage in the trailer park like they’re supposed to do. They put it out after the garbage has ran then it sit there all week long, (against ordinance also), what cans do get emptied sits out there all week until garbage day or longer!
