I had Potters Oil for service and oil for 17 years when I lived in Storrs. I never had any problems and was always very pleased with their service. Moved, to Bolton, and endured 13 years of Osterman Propane making mistake after mistake. I am so happy to be back now with Potters Oil
We woke up this chilly 19 degree morning without our heat working. At 5:30 am on a Sunday, I called the service line. Within 2 hours, the part was repaired and the heat is working.
