Visited for my birthday holiday to the restaurant and it did not disappoint! Was catered to by Steph, Michael, and Lydia and had an absolutely phenomenal time. As a coeliac (and/or food lover), I will for sure be recommending this to friends and family when they visit.

Potters Toowoomba is a must for all travellers visiting or passing through Toowoomba, Was warmly welcomed by receptionist on arrival and the lady was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Advised us of all of the hotels facilities, right through to opening times in the restaurant and ordering room service if we wanted to stay in for the night. Rooms were spotless and the hotel even offered a change of bedding set up to meet our needs which was very appreciative. We had a great experience at Potters Hotel when we visited Toowoomba to visit Art Galleries. We experienced excellent customer service throughout our stay from reception to cleaning and restaurant staff. Our room was excellent and we had a tremendous dinner in the evening and a great breakfast before check out. The key feature of the hotel is it’s staff!

We found Potters to be a great hotel with a fantastic restaurant and the most pleasant and helpful staff. We will make this our stopover when in Toowoomba.
