Good service once there.left numerous voice messages on phone over couple weeks. So I tried emailing them answered same day to schedule appointment.

After visiting three different Hearing specialist over a few years I pretty much gave up on hearing aids and just tried to get along with what I had. I drove by Potters on fourth Street and I thought maybe I should give them a try, I called my insurance and found out Potters was in my plan and then I called and schedule an appointment with Lee at Potters. This was my very first visit to Potter’s after a long history of hearing decline. I was shocked at the level of hearing loss I have after getting my results. Potter’s was very straightforward on what type of hearing loss I had along with tinnitus and gave excellent advice on what type of hearing aid I would need so my husband and I could make an informed decision.
