After visiting three different Hearing specialist over a few years I pretty much gave up on hearing aids and just tried to get along with what I had. I drove by Potters on fourth Street and I thought maybe I should give them a try, I called my insurance and found out Potters was in my plan and then I called and schedule an appointment with Lee at Potters. This was my very first visit to Potter’s after a long history of hearing decline. I was shocked at the level of hearing loss I have after getting my results. Potter’s was very straightforward on what type of hearing loss I had along with tinnitus and gave excellent advice on what type of hearing aid I would need so my husband and I could make an informed decision. Lee is one of the best hearing aid specialists that I have had the pleasure of doing business with. He is very knowledgeable in hearing and his products that he carries. He shows compassion and he takes the time to show you how to use your hearing aids and the devices that go with them. I’m very impressed with his service.
