These builders are the worst builders I have ever experienced. Absolute crooks!! Quoted $1000 to install an insinkerator! Had it done by someone else for $400! Brett quotes what he likes by seeing what suburb you live in. He demanded I pay $605 to put a drying rack on the laundry wall insisting I was paying for half a day’s work. I did not feel safe in his presence so I paid the money for him to leave as quickly as possible. To think the drying rack only cost $200! What a scam! A case for a current affair !
I would recommend Potters Bathroom & Kitchen renovations who I used to redo the bathroom. All workers were professional, and the work carried out was all properly done. Bathroom came out looking stunning.
Terrible customer service ordered a sink which was broken in transit. Still waiting on a refund 2 months later,, no follow up calls and no response to email's.
Thanks to Potters we have a fantastic new ensuite. Thanks to Brett and all his fellow workers, combined with good communication and excellent organisational skills we received an excellent result.
Potters did an excellent job renovating my kitchen and bathroom Brett and his employees were very professional and very knowledgeable. They were very quick and efficient they built and installed everything perfectly just how I envisioned it. Brett was very helpful by giving me suggestions and advice on what new kitchen appliances were best and what would look good. I’m super impressed and definitely recommend potters. While they were renovating I hired a ensuite from Ensuites To Go which was really convenient. Thanks.
