Needed some odd jobs completed in the kitchen and I was very happy with the service. Leo was excellent at project managing what needed to be done and I didn’t have to be involved at all. Highly recommend if you need someone who can just get the job done.
WOW, what a fantastic job. We are both in out 70s and found problems with safety and function with our bathroom & toilet. Our shower was too small for a bathseat and our toilet too low. Now thanks to Brett & Leo and their people. We now have a fantasic new walk-in shower with rails for our safety and a built in pull down seat for when we need to sit while showering. These builders are the worst builders I have ever experienced. Absolute crooks!! Quoted $1000 to install an insinkerator! Had it done by someone else for $400! Brett quotes what he likes by seeing what suburb you live in. He demanded I pay $605 to put a drying rack on the laundry wall insisting I was paying for half a day’s work. I did not feel safe in his presence so I paid the money for him to leave as quickly as possible. To think the drying rack only cost $200! What a scam! A case for a current affair !
I would recommend Potters Bathroom & Kitchen renovations who I used to redo the bathroom. All workers were professional, and the work carried out was all properly done. Bathroom came out looking stunning.
Terrible customer service ordered a sink which was broken in transit. Still waiting on a refund 2 months later,, no follow up calls and no response to email's.
