Bfilliant doctors surgery,no waiting on the phone on hold,appointments as needed just like the good old days eh
Absolutely disgusting.They sent you a e-mail that I am registered with them.Then they gave me appoitment by phone but when I arrived to Medical centre they said I am not registered with them and is not any appoitment on that day for me.Totally unproffesionall and I dont have event words to describe it.
They tell you to call at 8am for an emergency appointment, 36 phone calls 40 minutes later, nothing. They don’t even answer the phone anymore. Update on their accessibility: been left on hold for 10 minutes as “caller number 1 in the queue”. It shouldn’t be this hard to get through to your gp
