We went to Potters to rent a cello for our child. Not only is it a beautiful building, but the service from Elizabeth and Marcia was top notch. We highly recommend!
Their customer service was very kind and helpful. Everyone I interacted with was really nice.

A few years ago we bought a violin with the promise of 100% trade-in value on an upgrade... Drove there all the way there from Philadelphia to get a new violin, and surprise surprise, they only offered 70% trade-in value. Avoid if you like honest dealers.
