He seems to be a very good doctor. He spent time with me and listened. He cared about what I said and I am feeling better. He knows his stuff.

Very nice and understanding, spends time with you, he cares about you and not just hurrying in and out of room.

Incompetent staff and doctor, didn't run correct lab tests and instead of telling me a mistake was made had me wait over a month for results and then admitted a mistake was made. Dr. Potter had me flushing my sinuses with tap water... a really bad idea according to my ENT. They were unable to ever get results from my cardiologist or an EMI. My son visited them for a back injury and it was completely useless.

Do not trust this doctor to properly care for you or your family. His primary concern is making money and will order unnecessary tests and treatment to pad his own pocket. NO doctor should insist on a patient to come in for care for diabetes when an A1C is at 4.9. STAY AWAY!

Business response:

As a general note of practice - I do require regular appointments for diabetes to make sure the medications are working. For well controlled diabetes I will usually only see my patients on medications every 6 months to make sure things stay well-controlled. I cannot prescribe medications for conditions if I don't have current information. As an Intermountain physician, I do not in any way make money on the tests ordered. I hope this clarifies the issue.
