Dr Potter explained the surgery in a very clear & understanding way putting me at ease. I never feel rushed..he's kind, patient and caring. This was the second surgery by Dr Potter and I will never use a different surgeon. His staff is absolutely the best...caring and they call you back when they say they will.
Never in my life have I heard of a doctor displaying such little professionalism. My daughter went in for a visit today after experiencing excruciating pain following a surgery. Her normal doctor is away this week, so Dr. Potter saw her instead. He began the visit by explaining to her that he hates getting patients of her normal doctor because he always gets phone calls from those patients complaining about how much pain they're in. Unfortunately, the appt only got worse following that.
