Whilst I’m relatively happy with the end quality of my products, I unfortunately didn’t have a good experience with my transaction, and my reason for leaving this review to help other customers. My order was riddled with missing, damaged, used, wrong, defective and delayed parts. Been coming here, since trying to get a job at 16yrs old.
Every so often I need some plumbing help, and go to PP. They are incredibly helpful, genuinely very knowledgeable, and as pleasant as can be. They'll sell you anything you need, from a washer, to (today) the right bit of an outside tap that I need. Every time I walk out totally satisfied and happier!
