Absolutely the best lawyer in the Texarkana area!!! He was understanding, straightforward, listened to everything you had to say and actually answered any questions even if they were probably pretty dumb to him. Josh Potter is the best! My case went on for 20 months. Josh told us in the beginning that nothing would happen quickly. Be patient with them. There were times in the beginning where I didn't think he was making enough contact with us. I had to keep reminding myself, he's a busy man, he's working on other people's cases that are going to trial right now. When it was my time to go to trial, he made up for it.
