Inspector never showed up to do an inspection that was scheduled was suppose to show up the next day and still never showed and I now may not close bc I have to find someone else to do it. Not very professional if you ask me.
We have used Kevin several times between our rental home and current home. He has provided us with thorough walk-throughs and has taken plenty of measurements for our records. I recommend him to anyone looking for a structural engineer! His price is extremely reasonable. He provides us with written details and suggestions for updates.
