The clinical staff is great, and I always feel like the care is great. But the staff answering the phone always treats me like I’m bothering them, there’s always a weird tension and attitude. I don’t call a lot, I pay my bill every time, and I try to be nice. I don’t usually do reviews, but this is an issue to be aware of. I’ve been using them for 4 years and it’s a consistent experience. Edit: I have called them since, and stopped by the office and they have been very helpful and nice, will be changing to five stars.

Puppy got parvo...they took her as emergency, couldn't afford the stay so they went over and above to teach me how to administer fluids at home. Meds would've cost too much also, but donations from staff helped so much. Also brought in our other pooches to give them a booster ver low cost. Many other great experiences and the new doc made rabies shots memorable in my books...all means necessary at the drive up clinic this past summer, parvo survivor wouldn't stay in a good position so he snuck to bed of truck with back windo... read more
