Potter helped me repair the steering and suspension on my 2019 Toyota Rav4 after it was butchered by another mechanic. He is hands down the best mechanic I've ever worked with. He's fast, honest, and knows what he's doing. 100% Grade A Professional. I'd send my wife or mom to him without worrying they are going to be taken advantage of.
Potter is the man!! Took my car in to get the trunk fixed, saved me thousands of dollars that Midas wanted to charge me. My brother recommended him and I recommended him to my husband. He is reliable, honest and trustworthy, rare to find these days in a mechanic. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. Check him out! I will be back.
Great honest guy. I thought I had a major suspension issue, but it was a rust issue. He repaired it and didn’t charge me. Will definitely go back will any other issues I have.
I’m not sure if I called him on a bad day, but his customer service could use some work. He spoke to me in a very condescending manner. He spoke over me when I was trying to give the best description I could about the assistance I was looking for; all in all a bad experience speaking to him. I could share more details about the conversation but I won’t. The way customers are spoken to and treated should be just as important as the service provided.
100% found my mechanic. Other places in town aren't bad, BUT Potter Automotive is by far the best place I've found. I called about my brakes making noise and the price that was given to even look at it elsewhere. Im no mechanic, but ive learned enough to know when im being taken advantage of, which is why I came to this shop.
