I’m not sure if I called him on a bad day, but his customer service could use some work. He spoke to me in a very condescending manner. He spoke over me when I was trying to give the best description I could about the assistance I was looking for; all in all a bad experience speaking to him. I could share more details about the conversation but I won’t. The way customers are spoken to and treated should be just as important as the service provided.

100% found my mechanic. Other places in town aren't bad, BUT Potter Automotive is by far the best place I've found. I called about my brakes making noise and the price that was given to even look at it elsewhere. Im no mechanic, but ive learned enough to know when im being taken advantage of, which is why I came to this shop. He is very reasonable in his prices, will not take advantage of you, and I'm very very happy with the top quality work that was done. If you are looking for a kind and knowledgeable mechanic, this is the place to go. I have a car with about 200,000 miles on it and for the past three years I have spent thousands of dollars taking my car to another mechanic here in Kyle trying to fix three specific issues I kept getting the run around on. Finally went to Potter Automotive for a second opinion; he fixed what the other mechanics could not, was very generous with info so I knew more about my car, and all at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommend!
