I cannot recommend Potter enough for hybrid owners. I brought in my 2010 Prius after experiencing some significant performance and AC issues. Potter was professional, direct, and incredibly detailed in his diagnosis. He recommended essential high-mileage maintenance, including the spark plugs and specialized ND-11 oil service. My husband and I have been going to Potters for years. He is the only mechanic we trust with our vehicles. He is honest, knowledgeable, fair, and his prices are reasonable compared to other shops who charge too much and don't do the best job.

Potter helped me repair the steering and suspension on my 2019 Toyota Rav4 after it was butchered by another mechanic. He is hands down the best mechanic I've ever worked with. He's fast, honest, and knows what he's doing. 100% Grade A Professional. I'd send my wife or mom to him without worrying they are going to be taken advantage of.
